The Home Owner’s Association pays Flint Energies for power to run the gate, light the entry way, and run the sprinklers.  We also pay Warner Robins Utility for the water.  Landscaping fees are also paid to keep the play area and front gate area lawn mowed, trimmed, hedges trimmed, and flowers cared for.  When the gate gets damaged, or the electronics that controls the gate requires repair this also comes from these fees.  The last repair to the gate and controller cost over $2,000.
